here's a peak of what ive done

wow

my sister had this project for her French class where she had to find a picture of our parents wearing clothes from their time.
We went browsing through old albums from when they were dating. and to our surprise found this picture...

I cant seem to wrap my head around the fact that my dad had on a ruffled shirt and checkered vans. and my mom looked just as beautiful as ever..
Apart from the initial awkwardness of seeing my parents in such casual clothing, the picture got me to realize how young and carefree my parents once were. And now, even though they're not as young as they were in that picture, and rather serious day in and day out, there's still this sense of love you can feel, a subtle security that rests amongst the two of them. Its interesting to think about how love changes throughout people's lives. Some people might end up growing farther apart because they dont want to change, but there are others that embrace that change and work their way to change togehter. It's as if there's a piece of string that keeps their hearts connected to each other. I hope I can find my match some day, just like my parents. haha maybe i'm just rambling to procrastinate. hahahha

actually been working consistently for the last 2 weeks prepping for finals
but tonight... I've come to the point where I'm just sick of it.
so I thought "why not procrastinate a little and upload some more pictures?"

instant films are still alive!

For some time, Ive really wanted an instant camera,
but Polaroid discontinued their film quite some time ago...
Figured it'd be impossible to have an instant camera after that but ALAS!
I found out about the Fujifilm Instax mini!

Just as instantly as it's film comes out, my love for it also grew
and so our post begins...
